Uncovering and Restoring our Olive Grove

Our project for 2025 is to uncover some of our Olive trees which lie hidden beneath thick undergrowth and have been neglected for years.

This is hard work and the olive trees are strangled by vines and brambles. But thanks to help from a couple of volunteers we have made great progress and the trees are now visible.

Next we need to look at pruning them to see if we can bring them back into some olive production.

We have now uncovered about 10 olive trees.
