How to book direct using our secure payment service

If you are interested in booking your stay with us then:

1. Chose which dates work for you and what you where you might like to stay in and then complete the booking form

2. If you would like any additional services or a bespoke stay then add your requirements in the comments section.

3. We will then contact you to confirm that the dates and room are available [a suggested itinerary if applicable]  and a quote for your stay and send you a link to make a deposit payment via our secure payment service  using whatever method you chose.

4. Once the deposit has been received we will confirm your booking and remind you when the balance of your holiday becomes due.

5. We will contact you again when the balance of the cost of your stay becomes due [12 weeks before your arrival] and send you a link to make the payment via our secure payment service.

6. We will then finalise your travel arrangements
